Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChatLeads (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The Service

The Service lets you connect Telegram and use agents that (a) search existing chats on a read-only basis and present structured findings for your approval ("Search Agents"), and (b) answer questions from a knowledge base you author ("Reply Agents"). Search Agents cannot send messages from your account.

3. Your responsibilities regarding Telegram data

You acknowledge that Search Agents read message history that may include content from third parties who are not users of the Service. You represent and warrant that you have a lawful basis to access and process that data for your business purposes, and that your use complies with applicable law and with Telegram's own Terms of Service. You are the controller of the personal data you process through the Service; we act as your processor (see the Data Processing Agreement).

4. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to (a) automate a Telegram user account for bulk messaging or other bot-like sending behavior, (b) harass, surveil, or harm any person, or (c) violate any law or third-party right. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.

5. Trials and billing

New accounts receive a time-limited free trial subject to fair-use volume limits. After the trial, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription, which is likewise subject to fair-use volume limits. Fees are billed through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewal. Closing your account is a separate action and destroys your databases.

6. Your data and content

You retain all rights to the data you store in your databases and the knowledge you author. You can export or delete your data at any time. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Disclaimers

Searches and replies are produced by automated systems and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying information you rely on. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
